Personal information provided as the result of a transaction, whether as a quotation, or sale of product or service, will be considered private and confidential information, not for public use. Regardless of whether that information was provided by personal contact or by any electronic means, we will not intentionally sell your personal information to any third party without your permission and knowledge. Further we will not condone or do business with parties whether business or personal who sell, market or convey data for profit.

Shipping Policy
Shipping Policy: We ship most farm implements thru a common carrier. Buyer is responsible for shipping charges, however, in most cases we can help arrange the shipping for you. You must have road access for a tractor trailer truck to make delivery to your location and you will need to have a way to off-load it from the truck. The driver will get it to the back of the truck, but you are responsible for unloading it. If you are not satisfied with a new product, you can return the new product in original, unused condition and in original packaging for a refund within 3 days of date of delivery shown on delivery receipt. (Minus all outbound and return shipping costs). We will only refund the amount paid for the equipment or part, not the shipping. Customer will be responsible for arranging the return of the new product. No exceptions.
HFE Terms of Sale
Terms of Sale: All new equipment is sold under manufacturer warranty. Manufacturer warranties apply as described in literature provided by the manufacturer as part of the equipment manual. Harris Farm Equipment limits it's liability to assisting in the return and/or exchange of equipment suffering warranty damage within 15 days of date of sale. Damage caused directly or indirectly while equipment is in the hands of the shipper are the responsibility of the shipping agent whether common or private carrier. Warranty damage that is caused after receipt of the equipment is the sole responsibility of the customer to contact the manufacturer's authorized representative for determination if manufacturer warranty applies.
All used equipment is sold in the "as is" condition with no warranty expressed or implied in any manner. All sales are final on used equipment. Harris Farm Equipment, Inc. does not warranty new equipment. Most new equipment comes with a manufacturers warranty and is only warrantied thru the manufacturer not Harris Farm Equipment, Inc. Please ask about the warranty specifics when inquiring about new equipment.
